This 60 min Class is a Beautiful Blend of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Barre & Meditation. Easy to follow at a great pace we use a set of light Dumbbells &/or Resistance Tube and a Mat. This class focuses on  Grounding, Strength, Balance, flexibility and Breathwork leaving you Calm & Centered.
