30-Day Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase from Powerfit Wellness. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Services are excluded from the return policy)

Return Requirements:

  • Services are excluded from the return policy, and are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Products must be in unopened, unused condition.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping fees.
  • There is no restocking fee.

Manufacturer Defects or Damages:

  • If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged during transit, we will cover 100% of the cost of return shipping and waive any restocking fees.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective or damaged product. 
    • You will need to submit photos of the defect or damage to not delay processing of your return 

Return Process:

  • Contact us to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.
  • Pack the product securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided along with the return authorization number.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and additional shipping fees may apply.
